I have no doubt that theydo good with various aspects of their business, but they are involved in some unlawful marketing practices involving email, hiring marketers that indiscriminate emailings to whoever, trying to make themselves look good.

So they have hired such firms as Mail Me, Bilco Media, etc., all known spam mills. Optin is required, especially so with GDPR in effect. But it goes further back to at least 2005 when antispam legislation was passed in the US, known as CAN-SPAM, and fines and jail time await those who do it flagrantly and this company has persistently hired those types of fly-by-night marketers/

The marketers use dirty email lists, or buy dirty lists and spam from those, sending to email addresses scraped off forums, Usenet, etc. Tried calling 1-800-DENTIST and they were just arrogant. Rude, condescending, etc. Finally found this page, left a message there about this issue.

They also claim to use 'reputation managers', that is shady, makes any positive review suspect. Negative reviews are good too, bought several pairs of shorts based on a one-star review because the person did NOT like a feature that proved to be invaluable on the good side following a major stroke in 2016 from which I will never fully recover.

6/11/16: Called threm, got hung up on twice. But then I got a very nice person named Cathy who took a copy of the spam, we suspect a marketer they hired in turn hired Mail Me to send junk email to try to pad their results

I've enjoyed a positive relationship working with Futuredontics for more than 5 years. They've made a lot of good changes in the last few years and I think they will be a leader in dental marketing for a long time to come.

For their "Web Marketing". Do not use them for making your website! We paid over $2000 for them to create our website. This website was created with a faulty "New Patient Request" button and as a result everyone that tried to reach us from our website to make an appointment ended up in a black hole. We estimate we have lost over 120 new patients as a result!! I have been trying to fix this with the Web Department and so far they are treating it like a joke and taking no responsibility. This is a serious situation! We trusted them to create this product and instead it was totally useless and we were not able to help many, many patients that turned to us for help. Go somewhere else! Somewhere that actually cares about your Dental Practice.
