Kingston Creative went above and beyond for the Teachers of the Poughkeepsie City School district!
Three years ago we were in a situation where we needed to streamline! Out with the old and in with the new! We needed to organize a lot of information in a way everyone could understand it. I was not 100% sure how to verbalize what we required but after a few meetings with Alex and Fox we were able to create a website that spoke to our members and visually organized our union page for the teachers and community.
There were never any "dumb questions" ~ Kingston Creative teaches as they work with you on your website and you will feel more empowered for working with them.

We hired Kingston Creative to update and modernize a website we already had for over 10 years. Although we thought the price was high we decided to use them as they are local and seemed to have a good reputation. During the development, when faced with creating an online store they weren’t up to the challenge so we opted to remain with our Yahoo Store for customer purchases. The end result was that the website was bland but it did work. Several months later I realized that a significant area of the website was not working. I contacted Alex and he assured me it would be fixed. Over 6 weeks later when the area was still not fixed I again contacted them. The excuse was that the guy who created the website didn’t work for them anymore and the software that they used was upgraded and now they don’t know how to fix it. Not once did they contact me to tell me there was an ongoing problem. Somehow they assumed that although they were paid a maintenance fee it was our responsibility to figure something out. Once informed of the problem Kingston Creative did not stick with it until a solution was found.
My opinion is that first off Kingston Creative is not very creative and they lack the follow thru to maintain a website properly.

We knew nothing about how any of this was done or should be done and Alex and Gabrielle took the minimal information we gave them about our vision and ran with it!
