Sean really knew his stuff. Have spent time in Temple Bar and Alchemy reminds me of that time Dublin. I'm not a drinker but we all got different drinks and entrees so we could enjoy the range. Scotch eggs and colcannon were really good. Great beer selection for those who imbibe

Mr. Sean, or Shawn, is thee most epic pubtender ever. A true rare gem of a human!!!!
Alchemy is a bad ass joint! Sean and the staff make it feel so friendly and inviting. Strangers walk, they don't walk out.

We had THE best time with Sean as our server! As a closet Swiftie The Alchemy was hit for me! The Elderberry was delish and the meat charcuterie was outstanding! Thanks for the fun atmosphere!!

Had the bangers and mash which was AMAZING. If you get the pretzel be sure to get the beer cheese to go with it. Friendly fast staff and great vibe. Will def be back

Franklin ? and Sean are great! Enjoyed the food, the music was good, and it was a comfortable, friendly place to be on a quiet Monday night. Father in law wants to come back again! That's a winner.

Sean is an amazing and super fun bartender! Loved his customer banter and his ability to connect with the crowd . Excellent service. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend the fish and chips . The pretzel appetizer is also always great!!! Worth the stop by for sure.

Our server was also the bartender and she was by herself in the front of the house. She provided great service and was so nice. The Scotch Eggs for an appetizer and the bangers and mash were nice on a cold day.

I stopped in for lunch and a pint. Sean immediately made me feel welcome as a newcomer to the pub. Cozy environment where locals and visitors can mingle in comfort. The Reuben sandwich and fries were absolutely delicious and I didn't leave a single crumb on my plate. Decent draft selections of local CO brews. They also have Nintendo Switch, for which I'm giving out brownie points. 5 stars all across the board!
