I thought the world of this company a friend works there currently then I found out that they believe whatever someone tells them about an employee. They do NOT check to see if it is true. They are too worried about keeping an account instead of checking out the facts. The HR department just writes people up on hearsay! A account can call and say someone that works there did ANYTHING they will believe it and write that person up especially if you are of color. They do NOT have their employees backs and will fold like a dollar store lawn chair instead of asking questions and getting the facts especially in the south! Scared to lose business not scared to lose employees.
