Willie Williams is a fantastic sales man, he knows his stuff and isn’t too pushy. Very informative and helpful when making a decision such a switching companies. I enjoyed my talk with him, the way he approached houses with his bell and saying the “Fiber Man” was genius.
Most of the time it’s hard to be authentically yourself in these roles but not for this guy. I’ll be talking with my mom about switching and I’ll call Mr Williams back up, because he deserves the commission.

Not a good experience. He was here for over three hours and was unable to complete my transfer of service. He said he would be back the next day, but didn’t show up. I had to do everything over again with an AT&T customer support call, which took another two hours. However, the support call people were able to get it done. My cardinal rule is not to buy anything door-to-door… I’m returning to that rule. I’m not even going to the door for sales people. Funny, it was a DirecTV person who lied to me and made me establish that rule to begin with… might have even been the same company.

Completely unhappy with my experience with AT&T. I regret ever making the change. When I asked for help no one was able to provide it for me. My rep Tyler Forester and his supervisor were of no help. Just gave me numbers to call to pass the buck. The numbers given were of no help either. The first chance I get I am changing internet and cell providers. I run my own business and I was without texting or phone call abilities almost all day. This was a loss of business for me. Extremely unhappy!! If I could have given zero stars I would have

EDIT: ! STN, if you are serious about wanting to resolve this promptly, please respond to my emails. I have emailed you twice regarding this issue and you have not responded. Truly I am willing to chat and work with you, but you actually have to reach out to me.

Extremely frustrated. My family has been hosed by this group. Rep Tyler Forester came to our house November 8th in the evening with a very lucrative deal in hand to move our service from Cricket to ATT and get us zero down on 4 new phones. After nearly 3 hours of trying to get all four lines moved, he said he couldn't do it without calling someone in "HQ." We relented and got new phone numbers for 3 of the 4 lines. When that happened, the deal changed and he couldn't offer us the phones he originally stated in the first offer. Personally I didn't want to move my own phone number, so we tried moving it through some weird Cricket to GoogleFi to ATT process that failed and couldn't be done. My wife and kids relented and got new phone numbers and got on the ATT service. He said he would come back when the new phones arrived to help me get my own number transferred over. That day came and went. We texted Tyler over and over throughout the week, he kept saying he'd come by but he never did. Finally he stopped responding on November 16th and we've been ghosted. So we now have three new phone numbers that we didn't want, 2 phones of lower quality than promised, and a phone number still on Cricket and no new phone on that one.
