I took in two shirts to have them embroidered with a logo and assumed from past orders they would be around $10 each. They sent me a quote where each embroidery was $37 and the total bill was $80. I wasn’t about to spend $80 to put logos on shirts that I had provided. Around that same time, a coworker of mine ordered some shirts from them with the same embroidery and they were only charged $10 per item. My coworker ordered three items from them each with the embroidered logo and their total bill was $85.

When I asked why the embroidery alone was so expensive (and told them I assumed it would be around $10 each), they only told me that was the price for the complexity of the design. That explanation didn’t make sense because my coworker and I were charged significantly different rates for the same logo and the only difference was that I provided my shirts whereas my coworker ordered from them.

On top of all that, I really was not impressed with the customer service. I had driven down there to drop off my shirts, was obviously confused about the price difference after receiving the quote and then drove all the way back to pick up my shirts. During almost every interaction, all I got in return was very short non-answers and the perception that they really just didn’t care.

There is absolutely no place in Kern with the stellar reputation and clientele base in the Central Valley that Wall Street Imprintables does. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful and the experience you get makes you feel like family and most importantly, they treat you like a valued customer because they truly value you as a customer. The products they create are absolute top quality and can’t be matched.

These guys are great. Used them for screen printing and embroidery. The owner was very hands on. We shipped product from kansas city and had no issues. They dropped ship directly to my customer.

I get all my work shirts imprinted by them and it's always good stich. I work for Bakersfield Pest Control and our image mean a lot so what ever i need to get from shirts or a jacket to even hats, they get the job done. I get new shirts for work once a year and every year for the last 6 years I've taken my shirts to them.

Been getting shirts made here for 4 yrs and they are always what I want never any problems and Christine is awesome !!!!
