I interviewed 11 different ad agencies. Shopanova was hands down the most confident they could help me grow. And they did. My sales have tripled in less than a year and they have protected my margins throughout, which was one of my non-negotiables. These guys use massive amounts of data, super relatable, and gave me a team of people to support me through out my biggest growth phase. Honestly, great team.

Overall we had a pretty good experience, especially working with Lauren and Josh. Great at getting your Facebook Ads and email campaigns going if that's what you're looking for, they're really solid. We didn't see an increase in sales unfortunately as we've been doing this a very long time as well. Great for a start up or for any business that doesn't know the FB ads space etc...

Badgering and disrespectful. There is no content these "gurus" can offer that isn't available on youtube. Talked to them as a prospect a year ago. Nothing they had to say sounded novel. In the past year our business has grown slow and steady with the kind of patience and hard work it takes to grow a start up sustainably. Today they texted my personal cell out of the blue with typical over the top promises these marketers sell with. I replied bluntly not to spam my personal cell. Their reply was, "We spoke a year ago and you still haven't grown so I'm just trying to help you long time" Avoid these jokesters like the plague. They're hustlers who prey on stressed business owners. An agency will never do as good a job with your business or care as much as you will.
