They did such a fantastic job bringing the best of Alaska in full view. Loved the animal displays because most you didn't want a close encounter and at the same time would love to see. They shared great information and tips, including what to do on future trips.
The facilities were immaculate, the staff helpful and outgoing. They definitely loved their jobs.
In addition to the animal displays they had great artifacts about the cultures and the state's top sport: dog mushing. You definitely want to stop here and get all the inside info they can provide.
Outside are some cute photo ops with cutouts that children of all ages can enjoy.

Admittedly, I asked about a former roadhouse that had burned down many years ago in TOK. "I am not familiar with that," was her honest answer. During my later tour of the information center's exhibition, I saw the former roadhouse and the information about it - several times! At least your staff lacks training on what can be seen there -
Oh yes, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays!

This was a great stop. The kids enjoyed it, and the people working there were great to talk to. They had information on the local and surrounding weather conditions.
Air-conditioned, seats, and bathrooms.

Bathrooms, displays, and information for your Alaskan adventure ahead. Rangers/ staff available to answer questions. A few Tok-themed items for sale. Less modern than the Anchorage and Fairbanks APLIC’s but still worth a stop if you have some time to burn or need information.

It could use more displays, but it's such a huge building I can see how hard it would be to fill it.

Very friendly staff and lots of pamphlets of local places to visit.

It's a good stop to stretch your legs for those passing through.
