I just want to highlight that, it’s unfortunate that we live in a time where most of the unacceptable customer service is still being blamed on the pandemic. Now there may be some truth to that to some degree. However, being 3-4yrs in since the start of the pandemic and the fact that the world is close to being back to what we were accustomed too prior to the pandemic the service should be better. No matter what the company is, they want your business or your money but provide you with below the standard customer service. But then have an issue with you having an issue with below level service. So, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a company that is as passionate as you are if not more for your personal business success. So, I just wanted to take the time to say Thank you So much to the IPY Agency LLC. I Love your grind!!!! Stay hungry and never get full!!
