Tried to register a non-profit. After paying, it asks you further questions, some of which I didn't have immediate answers to. I came back to it the next day to find out that you can't get back to the creation flow and nobody in the support team knows how to fix it either. They ended up giving up on helping me access the checkout flow and registered it anyway.

This operation is backed by a company running the same website in multiple states. All of the customer support and the Colorado phone number go to overseas workers that don't seem to understand anything about registering a business. They are responsive in the middle of the night, but not able to help.

The formation tools are easy and straightforward, but I'd advise going in a different direction beyond that. The add on services like domain hosting and tech enablement are lacking to say the least, I have to unwrap a big mess today because of it. I'd advise others to be aware of this.
