I called today looking for a simple pair of gloves that I could not find on the website. The very nice customer service associate went above and beyond by calling the distributor of the gloves to find out why they were no longer listed. I bought the Forney welding kit off of Amazon. Ended up ordering it twice because the first time they messed up my order and only sent the tote. The second time the box was destroyed and half the pieces were missing. After trying to order the replacement parts with no luck I called Forney. I spoke to Shelby who was super sweet and helpful. She worked as quickly as possible to find me the best solution to my problem. They are sending me a replacement and my husband is happy. Suffice it to say their customer service is amazing and if I could give more stars I would. They're a great company and make sure their customers are taken care of, definitely 100% recommend to anyone who loves welding. This company should be your go to. 🙂

forney has excellent customer service, I was having issues with my 140 FCI feeding wire. they are very helpful via email and phone. I ended up passing my warranty and my welder decided to pop and blow smoke when I was figuring out the feeding issue. I called and talked to customer service, they are replacing the unit even though I'm out of my warranty. thank you forney for going above and beyond for your customers!

I purchased a Forney Surface Washer attachment for my pressure washer from a local retailer. I used the product for a total of around 5-ish hours and it stopped working. The local retailer would not allow me to return the defective item because I had discarded the box. (silly me) I reached out to Forney Customer Service and they were absolutely AMAZING! After a few emails back and forth, the Forney Team sent me a replacement and even paid the shipping. It's rare to find a company that will stand behind their product so completely. Email responses were very prompt and polite. Absolutely NO hassles. I would gladly purchase other products from Forney as they showed they stand behind what they sell.

I bought a forney easy weld 140 fi off of Amazon. The one I received was a lemon. But like all things built sometimes you get a lemon. Good thing it wasn't a 80k truck. So I called forney instead of going threw Amazon. The tech team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They sent me out a new one. In 2 days it was delivered. Also they threw in a 10lb spool of wire for my troubles. I hooked up the new machine and it welded like a dream. Time will only tell if it's actually a good machine. But so far I'm very pleased with it. And the customer service. Man if only other businesses would do the same this planet would be better off.

Been using Forney products since 1990.. I have spent around $100,000 in welders and asscessories over the years and absolutely love your Brand! I Bought a 110 Volt Forney inverter welder in 2006 and used it to craft folk art... Making items such as horseshoes,animals,ramps and other misc things.. Up to 201O my inverter welder finally gave out after 4 years of using it continuously...I am retired now and I wanna say I really have enjoyed using this machine along with all of your machines and accessories over the years.. I think Forney represents itself with great products and a passion to carry on the art of welding.. It’s enjoyable to see the inverter welder work 4 1/2 minutes out of 7 without going into thermo overload or duty cycle.. I am glad to see you put these in production again.. Keep up the the good work! 👍🏻
