Ashley was great to work with and she helped us find our perfect dream home in the Colorado Rockies! We ran into a setback during the closing process and Ashley kept great communication between us and the sellers at all times and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also very helpful in setting us up with her partner who will be helping us out with a couple handyman projects around the house.

On February 2nd 2024, we found a house in town we wanted to purchase. It is a competitive market in Buena Vista and there were offers coming in for over asking price. We contacted Ashley the day we saw the house listed. By the following evening, she took us on a tour of the house and wrote a proposal that was submitted to the seller's agent that night. Ashley contacted us on Sunday to let us know our offer had been accepted. We closed on the property 20 days later.
I can't say enough about how hard Ashley worked in those 20 days to make this dream a reality for us. It seemed like there were a million details to attend to and Ashley never dropped the ball on any of them. She pushed this process forward and kept us informed every day so we always knew what was going on.
Her attention to every minor detail was so impressive and her professionalism showed in the way she worked with the seller's agent to make sure everyone involved got the best deal possible.
She is professional, but warm and personable as well. She treats you like you're a close friend.

Ashley was so great to work with---we were a 'long distance' client as we live in a different state and were searching for a second/vacation home.
