Daylene is an absolute dream of a wedding photographer, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From our engagement shoot to the wedding day itself, she went above and beyond to capture the most special moments of our lives. The engagement shoot was one of the most magical experiences for us—Daylene took the time to scout breathtaking spots in the mountains, even hiking ahead to ensure everything was perfect before we arrived. Her dedication and artistry resulted in some of the most stunning and meaningful photos we will ever own, capturing not only the scenery but also the love and excitement we felt in that moment.

Choosing a photographer/videographer is one of the most important decisions of your wedding and we made the best decision when we hired Daylene and her husband. We wanted a small micro wedding so capturing the intimacy of it was very important to us and Daylene did just that! We sat down with numerous photographers and the moment we spoke with Danielle she stood out. We could instantly see the passion and excitement she has for what she does. She was very professional from the beginning setting up zoom calls, getting to know us personally and setting up a plan for our big day. It made us feel at ease going through such a stressful process of planning a wedding. When we met her on our wedding day we were greeted with a hug, and she instantly made us feel so comfortable and confident. Throughout the day she kept us on schedule and even though we were frozen on the top of a mountain at over 12,000 feet for the ceremony she captured all the emotion and beauty. She was so friendly and kind to our family and they were all very impressed by her as well. She dedicated herself to us 100% during the entire day and she truly cared about what we wanted. We were anxious to see the photos and she got them to us so quickly and we were in awe of all of them! She made all the video edits we wanted quickly and perfectly. The amount of compliments that we have received on our photos show how truly talented she is. People keep saying “those should be in a magazine”! I can’t say enough good things about her. She has an eye for detail, she’s a complete artist, professional, hard-working, kind and just an overall genuine and good person. We will cherish these photos, video and memories forever.

She was the first vendor that we hired, and ultimately our favorite of the day. We were first drawn to working with her because of her stunning photos. Then we got to first meet her (via zoom), and realized that not only is she talented, but is also a very kind, laidback and genuine person! She was wonderful to communicate with all the way through to our wedding day. She went above and beyond with checking in with us, giving advice, and making sure that she understood what photos we hoped to capture.

On the actual wedding day, she was amazing to work with - all of our friends and family commented to us on how they loved working with her too! Being photographed is not our favorite thing (we're definitely not naturals), but Daylene made it fun and comfortable. She gave us the direction that we needed throughout all of our photos. Also, she was great at gathering everyone for photos, directing, and was incredibly efficient! Throughout our day, we appreciated her calm, helpful and grounding presence. She really helped to make our day special.

Ahhhhh where to begin when it comes to talking up what was probably the best experience we could have ever imagined as a couple! Daylene made everything so seamless from start to finish! The way she has the ability to draw up a shot in her mind and have that exact vision come to life upon the photos coming back is a skill that separates her SO FAR from the rest of the photographers out there! From the engagement shoot to the day of the wedding we were always having a blast and as a groom who doesn’t throughly enjoy having to take pictures for long periods of time….never even felt like it was for more than 5 minutes as we were all too busy enjoying ourselves and looking for the next shot! If you are in the market for a photographer you would be CRAZY to go with anyone but Daylene!!! You will not regret it!!

We had the privilege to have 2 shootings with Daylene, our first one being engagement pictures and a year later our wedding. Before even meeting in person Daylene made us feel very comfortable and we could tell that she cared about our wants and desires.
