Disappointed. Starting a small business ourselves we have chose to support small local businesses. June 6th I went into the store and ordered a custom hat, advertising our business. Originally for a Father’s Day gift. I only wanted one hat and if it came out to my liking I’d order it in bulk. The store was nice enough to order the hat I chose in bulk so it would be cheaper for a single hat (I appreciate that). I emailed the logo and was told it’d be done in a week or so. However after leaving the store I received a call/ email stating the hat was on back order and it would be another week. I agreed that was fine and we’re willing to wait. June 25th I received an email that they weren’t able to find the logo I had previously emailed them. I sent it again. July 2nd I had not heard anything I went in and asked for the status. Unable to get that information, she had to go to the back to ask. Mean while I found one of the hats I had ordered on the self for display. She came back and said no one ever noted the hats had been delivered and they would get it done by early the next week (being that it was a holiday week I understood). July 10th still nothing, I returned to the store and they forgot to approve for the logo to be digitalized. And it could be done by the next day. This whole time after the hat had been received it could have been done within a days time. I decided to cancel my order and go else where. There was no accommodation or explanation. Just a simple “I’m sorry”. The communication of the staff could improve and the girl at the front could use some more training and monitoring to ensure things are processed effectively. I was hoping to make reoccurring orders in bulk to support our business however we won’t be returning.

This company will CHARGE YOU A $15 FEE TO ASSIST YOU TO PURCHASE FROM THEIR COMPANY! Unless you PAY - They REFUSE to help if you are unable to navigate and PURCHASE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE ONLY! Jonell is very unhelpful and insists that you find your own family/friends to help navigate THEIR WEBSITE. Horrible - this company lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE. 🙁

After a misleading experience with an online order from a different establishment, I turned to Advertising Ideas. I was interested in getting Lanyards made. They helped me. I received my Lanyards and was happy with the quality. I have no complaints about that.
My only dislike and complaint was the service. I felt like my business was not wanted. I voice that to one of the sales representatives. I was told two times that someone would get back with me about my order. No one did. A week later, I had to call. Then I was told I would get a email about my order. Again, I got nothing. I had to email persistently to get my order pushed through. This is my only negative experience I did not like.
