Unfortunately this will be our last time coming here. The food was barely warm when it was delivered to our table. Our friend ordered tomato soup and received what looks like pasta sauce. We used to love coming here and it has just gone down hill. It’s so sad. This place used to be our favorite spot and now it’s been ruined. Really hope they can turn it around unfortunately we will not be back to witness it.

Well... NEW management (maybe new owner?) has made a HUGE difference.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service.

Full cocktail bar with a nice menu.

Will definitely be a regular!
Highly recommend a trip, whether passing through, live here, or just have to drive.

My initial positive impression of this place slowly soured the longer I was here. To start, the atmosphere was great. Cool spot in downtown Acworth that has a lot of the typical brewery features. The beer wasn't for me, and I hard a hard time finding something I would order more than one of. Half of the beer menu are IPAs. I would give the beer 2 stars - falling well behind the other local breweries. The food was overcooked and largely underwhelming. The prices were high compared to the quality. The staff seemed to be in somewhat of flux, and I understand this may be due to a change in leadership/ownership - which brings me to my biggest gripe. Apparently the previous owner decided to intercept my order as it was leaving the kitchen and kept it for himself, leaving me to watch my friends eat their meals while I waited on a re-fire. The bar tender apologized for the delay, but no one in management, nor the dick head who stole my food, bothered an apology. I may revisit in the summer after they have had time to get things straight, but will most likely drive to one of the plentiful other brew options in the area which offer better value, service, and quality. It's worth the drive to Red Hare or Reformation to get better everything.

I recently hosted an event at the Red Top Brewhouse, and it was hands down one of the best venues I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Emily, the event manager, was incredibly organized and on top of every detail, ensuring everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and efficient, taking care of everything in a timely manner. And the food? Some of the best I’ve ever had at a venue! I’ll definitely be recommending Red Top Brewhouse to everyone I know for their events.

Been meaning to try this place for a while & finally did! It's a cool spot with plenty drinking options including self service taps when it comes to the custom brews and even an outdoor spot with a fire pit plus corn hole. So far, I've tried 4-5 of the local beers (there's about 20) and, it's been a mixed bag but I love how unique in taste & name they all are. I am no beer aficionado so take my opinion for whatever little it's worth lol. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful/very personable. Looking forward to enjoying more Red Top Brew soon! 🍔🍻

Nice place! First time visiting Red Top Brewhouse. Had 2 1/2 (half pour) beers while here; a Pilsner, hazy IPA, and a pale ale (orange Dreamsicle). Everything was solid for its style; enjoyed the ‘Dreamsicle’ more than expected..not overly sweet. The food could use some improvement, but the lunch combo is a good deal. Chili was a bit bland and unspectacular and the grilled cheese didn’t hit the spot as expected. The place itself is nice and feels like a sports bar inside; there’s also chairs and benches to sit outside as well. Jeff was behind the bar and was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Good amount of parking on the side and around back. The beer wall wasn’t working but Jeff was quick with a new beer when the situation arose. Overall, solid place, and I’m glad there’s a brewery in downtown Acworth.

Wish they had a dry rub for the wings…but they were good with a good portion of meat. Drinks were good…love that they give tasters before you spend on an entire glass. Love the atmosphere here, music not too loud and some comfy seating with practical seating for families and groups. Staff is super nice! Forgot to take pics because I was enjoying being there in the moment with my family.

My wife and I went here with our family for a New Year’s Eve party, and I didn’t feel compelled to leave a review until now. This business has not been thriving since it originally opened back in 2020, when it was great. The food at the time, before the new management, was incredible, and the pour your own beer idea was really cool. However, as of around 2022-2023 the place just hasn’t been handled well. The food quality suffered, the beers never tasted fresh, the service and workers were never friendly, and the management was horrendous. Now, it seems like that the business is changing but still in a terrible direction. I went in for food with some buddies a while ago and it tasted like cheap frozen meals. Not only that, but to even get a “beer card” to pour your own beer you have to be seated at a table, with a server. Having a server and full service is nice, but not if you just want beer. If I want to be served AND only get beer, Henry’s and 1885 is right up the street with better overall food, beer, and seasonal drinks.

After my wife and family wanted to go to the New Years Eve party, I obliged and we went. What I will say is that the band playing was awesome, however, they completely closed the upstairs and forced everyone downstairs. It felt packed with minimal seating, although it wasn’t packed. We were told we were going to get appetizers for buying a ticket, but instead a server brought around “small” plates that you could take a piece off of if you wanted. It was so unenjoyable that we both left before our family did because after two drinks, there was nothing to do but just stand or get more drinks waiting for midnight and no room to walk around, no seats to sit, and it was way too loud for us to even be with our family.

We won’t be returning, and I wish I could say that if the business changed I’d be back, but after 4 years of waiting for it to change and seeing management changes actually happen, I doubt it will ever be the awesome place it was when it originally opened.
