They're friendly and do have a large store, but we're constantly told they're out of whatever mylar balloon we need. Has happened at least 10 times (3 kids...lots of birthdays). It's very frustrating. Purchase your mylars somewhere else and have them fill them (extra fee). Please work on ordering skills/product supply protocols

Very disappointed. Spent almost $30 just for helium to be put into 7 balloons for them to not even make it for the ride home. They make you sign a form stating that they are not responsible for popped balloon. Will definitely never go back.
