Stanley marketing has performed great work for us. There’s no doubt that they have the means necessary to deliver products and design that you will enjoy for years to come. However it’s like pulling teeth to get incorrect orders repaired. On 8-1-2024 we placed a decent sized order for company shirts. We finally got them on 9-11-24 and the order was incorrect. I quickly sent an email outlining then problem and had Stanly get us on the schedule to correct the issue. It is now 12-27-2024 and I have yet to see the corrected portion of my order. I hate having to write this review but I feel enough time has been given. I’m a very flexible person when it comes to an order. I’ll always be the last person to complain because I know how hard business can be. I hope this lights the fire to get this this order corrected. If it’s easier , I’d take a respectable refund and let it go forever. I’m not angry , I’m disappointed: we dont need these shirts to live. So they aren’t a necessity but when I’m pressed to pay asap and reminded every day that I need to pay I’d like the same interest in getting my order boxed up and shipped. It’s a two way street. The work we have received is nice though. The colors are smooth , the design work is magnificent and the Legacy hats are on point. I won’t ever give Stanley a full bad review. I’d simply like the corrected portion of our order. It’s that simple. Merry Christmas.

I got Kara to make 3 shirts for my business, communication was horrible and it took 2.5 months for her to even give me a refund for shirts I didn’t receive. It took a threat to take her to small claims to get my refund. Lied to me on 4 separate occasions on when I’d have my shirts. She then asked me to delete my review, because I received my refund and “would receive the shirts”. Super unprofessional to ask considering the 2 and a half months of myself simply asking for updates and getting lied to. I did let her know that I would change the review if the shirts made it to me and they looked good, apparently getting buddies (and herself) to leave good reviews is better than doing right by a customer. She told me a week ago (for the 5th time) I would have my shirts and I still haven’t received them nor heard from her. I know SEVERAL others she attempted to do this with as well so be careful. Stay away unless you want to be out several hundred dollars and lied to on apparel that you will not receive.

Terrible customer service, I have tried several times to get the shirts we ordered and paid for upfront. Every time it’s always an excuse and the order is still not complete. I was very nice every time I asked for the shirts because I am a business owner myself and I know things can happen. This is just unacceptable never do business with this company you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Kara with Stanly Marketing Co is the BEST!! She was super quick to respond and very helpful! She turned a few of my ideas for a logo into something way better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined! If you are ever in need for a logo or marketing Kara is your girl!! I paid to have a logo designed and business cards made, I got the logo but never received my business cards, I also inquired about getting decals put on my machines and never got a response. I tried to contact the owner to see where my business cards were but never got a response even after she had seen my message, extremely unprofessional. You gotta be a pretty sorry person to scam someone over some business cards
