Cgi does not deliver what they promise! Within 1.5 yrs using this company I had 3 different agents. The company promised 1st page google results and I have never been close. I got a lot of lip service from there people and very little results. Grasping for excuses as to why my site is not where it should be. I would say this is a start up company working out of a garage.
I have asked for my website signed over to me since I paid for it and they now come up with a $500 fee to release it. This is not in the contract anywhere. Also, sent a bill to me after I fired them. Stating I signed a 12 month contract. Also, not in the contract. Stay away from this company. Run away as fast as you can. They take your money!
