I ordered pictures and 3 weeks had gone by thinking that I hadn't received them. I contacted them and they reprinted them and shipped them fedex for me to get the next day. After getting home the same day I contacted them I ended up finding my original order has I had not gotten the mail that day they came so I had not seen them and it was never mentioned to me that they came. I tried contacting them to let them know that they could cancel the order but it was too late they had already been sent. I appreciated the fast response and service.

They are horrible never got my sons pictures in the fall nor did i get a refund i called and got no were and picture day is today never got any order form for pictures today for spring pictures called the school they stated that they only got 20 order forms that I am to write on a piece of paper that I wanted pictutres and the package I want to know how do you know what package you want if you don't have a order form Life Touch is much better I have never had a problem with them when my daughters were in school and they are adult now.
