I live in north spring subdivision in spring tx. The power grid is ridiculous here. If it sprinkles/light rain the power goes out almost every single time. In one years time I’ve got home from work and the power has been off atleast 4 times. The funny part about that is it’s a sunny beautiful day at the time. Makes me question if I paid my bill but then remember our power grid sucks. Y’all need to permanently fix this power grid.

Of zero help in addressing my concern about coercive fees to opt out of smart meters when my electrical company holds a monopoly in our region. On top of that, the Public Utility Commission approved 166.00 per meter plus 16.00 a month per meter. Of course they don't want to help when they created this mess.

The rates you are allowing to be charged in Montgomery County are unacceptable. You have done nothing, despite numerous complaints being filed to your office, per the advice of State Representative Cecil Bell when more than 20 constituents vociferously petitioned him at his office in Montgomery for a resolution. Understand me clearly, we will not pay these rates and we will rebel; we do not fear a nullified jury of our own peers. This life giving water which was provided free to citizens of Rome over 2,000 years ago yet we are being charged $100+ per month for 5,000 gallon; it’s unacceptable and constitutionally offensive. We will not pay for the commission’s incompetence and ineptitude any longer, understand?

No effort in letting helping consumers, let them increase 40% in TDU delivery charges, ask us to save energy and yet paying for the same amount. Everyone electricity is going to increase no matter if it fixed rate or not. I mean we understand voting season is around but this obviously dirty money hush money.

Oncor fees are outrageous and I am been double charged on kwh’s usage. I feel like I'm paying for other people electric why paying for my own. I monitor my kwhs weekly to the point I know the highest I reach in my apartment. The prices and fees are out of control when we stay in a state with low wages. We are paying out to much for Oncor fees which provide electric to our homes. We have no rights when it comes to Oncor price gouging their customers. During the pandemic and we are still in the pandemic, this company has not help or donated to help families that are in need. All they care about is the money!!! I keep trying to fight for our rights with companies like this, but the Utility Commission in Austin has allowed Oncor to increase their fees that are now passed on to the customers.

I was really surprised at how great an experience I had with the Texas Public Utilities Commission. I think we all have fears of dealing with any Governmentally run organization, but that was not the case at all with PUC. The rep I spoke with was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She listened, was sympathetic, offered excellent advice and got on the electricity provider right quick. If you have issues with a public utility provider I encourage you to contact PUC, they really do care and take action on your behalf.

The TX PUC was very helpful to me when I called about an issue changing over from one electric provider to another. They were prompt, friendly, and most importantly, successful! It was the first time I engaged them and I will not hesitate to call them again. 👍
