Mike and his staff are so knowledgeable and friendly...this store has everything you would find in a fancy New York City upscale kitchen and home goods store would have, but you only have to go a few blocks or miles in Southwest Nebraska. The atmosphere with the light jazz music softly playing in the background makes the shopping experience like you aren't even in McCook. It's so nice to call and ask for a product and they have it! No waiting for a shipment. I absolutely love this hidden gem!

When I first visited this store, I just want to use my gift card given by a friend. I loved what I purchased that day so now, I go there whenever I need more tea selections or coffee or gift items. I just love everything in there. The products selections are great! Their coffee are to die for! Along with exceptional costumer service, very organized and the cleanliness of the store had made always a great experience for me everytime I visit there. I just love to shop Knowlen and Yates!

This is one of the best stores in all of my travels and places I have lived. They have the best variety to choose from as far as kitchen, decorations, gifts, home decor, and the list goes on. You will not be disappointed at all...please make time to visit this store frequently or stop if traveling through. They always have new things I have not seen before. Love Knowlen & Yates!
