The best referral that I’ve ever received! Fred and Rick are amazing and make a wonderful team. Their social media marketing works! It increases the number of patients to your practice- I probably get 15 new clients a day. Yesterday I saw 30 clients in one day as a result of Tier 3 Media. Obviously, net profits will sky rocket as a result. Beyond the increase in profit and number of patients, I am most impressed at the customer service that Tier 3 Media provides. They want to grow with your company and they handle feedback and new ideas really well- they are quick to implement and try any new idea a customer may have. Their graphics and the way they portray your office is amazing and spot on! I am very proud whenever they send messages or ads to my clients because I know it will be both professional and eye catching! Tier3Media has been a lifesaver for my business. I own Allure Aesthetics & Med Spa in NC and I have been with these wonderful guys for the past 2 years. They are extremely professional, attentive, friendly and talented! They have a knack at knowing what works best for your practice. Bottom line, they get results! I went from 8 patients a day to 25 a day. A lot of marketing companies promise the world and deliver crumbs but Tier3Media gets results. They also offer reasonable rates. I am so completely elated with this company and the *whole* team. I have been working with Tier3 Media for over a year now. They were amazing to begin with but they do not sleep on their progress. They get better and better everyday. The services they include with their advertising options are above and beyond. I am so hands on in my business because I am particular. We had a small growing pain where they needed to learn my style, my colors, etc., but they take the time to get to know their clients individually and so when I have notes now they are few and far between. The qulaity of their work is exceptional. I can't say it enough. Initially, I tried to change a lot of stuff, and they entertained me, but what I saw was that when I changed a system, the ads performed worse and I realized, I hired them because they know what they are doing and I need to let them do it and that's how I saw success. I interviewed so many of these companies before I decided on Tier3. I did that because I knew once I was in I was on a journey and would need to sink in for a bit to see results, I wanted to learn what questions to ask, and lastly, I wanted to be sure I liked the team because it is a relationship that is often daily. They checked all the boxes and I made the decision ultimately because I could tell Rick and Fred (the owners) and super passionate and committed to your success, they LOVE seeing their stuff work. It's clearly a bit of an addiction for them, which is good. This review is not over the top, it's just right. Dogwood Dental Spa feels more like a luxury retreat than a dental or cosmetic office! The space is beautiful, and everyone the receptionist, the assistants, as well as Dr. Amos were all very welcoming, sweet and professional! I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
