If we ever go back to Savannah for another trip, we definitely will be coming back! We had a large group that was enjoying the town and stopped for drinks and sat at the bar with Lisa and she was amazing. She told us limericks and had great drink recommendations, super engaging and caring with our group, and we had some great times. This quickly became one of the highlights of our trip and I hope we get to go back!

I can't speak to the food, as I begin writing this review. We've been here long enough for 6 tables of the 10 in our section to be seated, receive their orders, consume them, and leave. It was 15 minutes before our server [edit: Erica S, according to our bill ... she never introduced herself] came to take drink orders.

Since ordering our meals, it has been nearly impossible to get our server's attention. Yes, it is St Patrick's Day and, if we hadn't been here at 4 pm, seated for over an hour with no sign of food? Fair enough. Busiest Monday of the year. With more tables empty than full at this hour? Not happy.

She claimed that the kitchen lost our order. Possibly. She also claimed that my iced tea refill was sweet tea (I'm DD). Insisted that she had made it and it was absolutely sweet tea. My first glass was sweet tea. The second had zero sugar, confirmed by another person in my group. She did, eventually, take the still full glass of unsweet tea from the edge of the table (where the empty still sat) and replace it with actual sweet tea. I'm guessing that somebody else also requested their drink be fixed, because she seemed pretty determined not to replace it when I originally pointed out the error.

The food finally arrived nearly 50 minutes after we ordered it. It was okay, but to be fair, we waited long enough that we were primed to be critical. I'm going to be nice and say nothing ... except to question the wisdom of serving long slices of corned beef with cabbage and not providing so much as a plastic knife to go with the plastic fork. Already knowing how difficult it was to get her attention, I didn't want to let my food grow cold while I attempted to flag her down. I used my plastic fork and fingers to tear it into easier to manage chunks.

In conclusion? The server was apologetic when she realized that the kitchen hadn't even started our food ... but, as we couldn't get her attention until 40 minutes had passed? I feel like ahe should have noticed how many of her tables that ordered after us already had eaten their dinners and were paying their tabs.

I was considering suggesting The Wexford for a weekly early dinner meetup with friends, but one of the ladies is usually on a time crunch due to nearby volunteer responsibilities. I cannot suggest this establishment, given our experience today.

This place was great and the service was even better. The waitress was very attentive and informative. She explained the menu items to us and checked on us throughout our visit. The food was good. I recommend the potatoes if you're there for breakfast!

Stopped at this place for some brunch. Rooschaa the chef came out and I had to compliment him on his excellent cooking skills. We had poached eggs , biscuits and gravy and a breakfast sandwich. We also had some mimosas and some bloody Marys. Jackie our waitress was the sweetest and most attentive waitress. This will be my favorite breakfast place going forward.

Stood at the door to be seated waiting to be seated for 5 and we didn't even get greeted and get some information about the wait time. It's Saint Patty's Day and I get it can be busy but at least let customers know what the situation is and that way they can make up their minds if they want to wait. We ended up leaving and headed to Miller's Ale House on Fowler ave.

The Bavarian Pretzel was perfect! The two dips that come with it - cheese and mustard - were incredible. I had a draft beer called You're My Boy Blue from Brew Bus Brewery. It has a very nice blueberry taste and very easy to drink. Sarah was pretty good at serving, although it wasn't very busy.

Came in at around 6 on Sunday craving a burger but there was enough variety to warrant another visit. The bartender was super nice and the menu also features non-alcoholic beer. The Jameson Burger was great and came highly recommended too, cooked to a preferred doneness (well, rare, etc.). Sweet tea and fries were good too 👍🏿
