They treat you well in training, and then on the call floor your every move is watched by middle management hawks. I was let go for taking an urgent call from my husband while on "wrap up"...after 4 months of ongoing training & learning the ropes. They only care about the client, constant turnover coming out of training, so you mess up, you can be easily replaced!

I had a Consumers Energy ASP plan for 19 months and it disappeared off the bill in January 2024. The agent at Dial America said I never had a plan, even though I had one for 19 months and she said I would need to star all over again. Consumers Energy and Dial American were horrible.

Went for a job interview, the instructions to participate were vague, I had a hard time using the equipment for a private screening, and the people I called for help didn't answer so I left. When I left they called me back and have some excuse about not getting my messages(s). Too much hassle for 1 interview where you don't get to speak to anyone. Too many screenings before you even get to talk to a person.......

To me this sounds like telemarketing cold calling spam calls that I get on my phone everyday. I am surprised they are still in business. Good Luck trying to call people I am sure customers will hang up or tell you to F Off.
