Worst run company I have ever encountered. They make sure to hire people down on their luck then try to take advantage of them, and fire them if they don't comply with unrealistic requests. Within a month they hire and fire at least 5 employees, at a very small company. How they keep a business running with no training or ethical practices from HR is a mystery.

Look out for old Richard's temper.
