Love love love!!!! I usually cut and weed all my own prints for shirts. Bigger orders are always a hassle and take a lot of time and money. I finally found a place that can print for me and cuts down my production time. When I first sent I sent over an incorrect file that was not the right size. Customer service (Matt) was so helpful and even offered to reprint it for me. He checked my file size and made sure it was correct before sending it. Shipping and production is so fast. Will be using again and again!!!

Do NOT recommend this company. My transfers have arrived damaged, and when I asked for a reprint, they said "no, it's fine and it'll still work when you press them", even though there were huge creases in the roll they sent. Shocker- 3 of my prints were totally unusable and ruined 3 shirts. They also send out emails with promotions that lure you in, but which have undisclosed terms or hoops you have to jump through. I spent an hour on their website, which is slow and annoying to use and was glitching and logging me out. Customer service sucks too. No thanks- I'll be going to SupaColor.

Used them for a few years. Had a great seller and reordered that design because it was so popular. The new transfers came in and were placed in inventory. Once we worked through the balance of the old stock the new transfers were not sticking properly. I messaged them and they convinced me that it was a temperature issue so we left it at that. A while later I contacted them again because the issue was still happening and after a lengthy chat and sending the representative pictures they then realize that it is not the same item that I had originally order but that they would do nothing about it because the order was more than 30 days old. So they send me the wrong product and then are not willing to resolve it. Cost me money in lost sales and ruined shirts. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that cares about their customers and is not too high and mighty to take care of a mistake that they even admitted to after seeing the pictures.

Rookie mistake, I guess - After ordering other DTF sheets that could be applied with a home hand-held garment iron, I discovered too late that this wasn't the case with these. Ruined a good shirt with a failed application. Apparently you need a professional heat press which they'll gladly sell you for $2k! But don't waste your time here unless you have access to one. I wish they had that disclaimer added to the check-out along with the other stuff they make you promise.

I'm a trusty person. I always give companies a try and hope for the best. I had an issue with prints and this company made it a point to prove me wrong. After they sent me proof of their prints that were not matching and tried to confirm I was wrong you could tell clearly from the pictures that the colors were off. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience and the hardship I had to endure because of their mistake.

I had a very detailed image plus it was a rush order. 613 absolutely came through for me to get the full color films to me in time AND they looked amazing (i made sure to send a very high quality file too)! Customer was extremely happy and so am I. 613 is my go-to!

Update: I've placed several more orders here and customer service is great, helpful. They've had consistent quality and helped me out with a few difficult orders. Still my go-to.

I ordered from 613 Originals for the first time this past week and there was an issue with my order, however, their customer service is outstanding! They are super responsive, helpful and professional. I would recommend 613 Originals to anyone looking for a reputable company. I learned about them at a trade show i visited last year, and I am so glad I did! Stellar A+ service.

I have been a customee of 613 for years and never had an issue that they were not able to help me with until today. I submitted a order for a 3 color print they told me the resolution was to low being I was in a rush I asked them if they could fix it I was told they could for a fee. I paid the extra fee and they fixed the resolution I asked the rep if the colors were red Silver Glitter and Black I was told yes. I reviewed the proof and approved it. When i got the prints I contacted them right away because the prints were awful the colors were dull the design was flat and there was absolutely no glitter in it. When i called them to tell them what happen and that the prints looked awful instead of trying to help me fix the situation so I could have good prints they were to busy trying to prove me wrong and say no one told me it would be silver glitter. Complete waste of 377.00 and now I have no prints that will sell for the show I am doing. So disappointed
