a friend of mine works here and saved my life. otherwise im disappointed in the laughing and carrying on in background when im trying to communicate situations. highly unprofessional! supervisor said sorry . but it happened again. its hard to communicate when hearing impaired and what sounded like a party in background

Called regular #,not 911, to report two dead geese in southbound lane of Thomasville Road causing some cars to swerve. Dangerous. Was told to call City Offices!!!
On hold 20 minutes with City before Customer Service answered and contacted someone to remove the geese. Hope no one wreaks in the meantime.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They refused to help a poor malnourished animal who is pregnant or had recently given birth to puppies. She belongs to someone. I was not sure if she was aggressive but she was growling and barking at me. Unfortunately they did not seem interested in helping her or her puppies. To add on; you could visibly see her spine and her hip bones. She had little to no meat on her body.

This is where CDA (911 dispatch) is based out of. Also the area RTMC (Regional Traffic Management Center). One of the most technologically advanced buildings in the region!

Not even accredited because the 911 lines will ring for over 1 minute when they are supposed to be answered in 10 seconds. I mean they have people that are not even cpr certified or have the state license to be answering 911s. Just pray they answer in time to get you help
