They are non existent when trying to contact them about my case. She claims she can not help me with a warrant in wakulla county because she is Leon county only but that is not true according to their very own website and my understanding of how a lawyer works. She is representing a client not a county...just an absolute joke of a lawyer. Shame on her

This place is a disgrace for the public that can't afford an attorney. The girl answering the phone is rude and as Incompetent as they come! I'm not a client, nor would I want to be one. They called me for some unknown reason and and didn't leave a message, so when I returned the phone call to find out what they needed, I' was greeted with incompetence and an attitude on top of that..
YOU CALLED ME...THIS NEW HANDY INVENTION CALLED A VOICE-MAIL IS THERE FOR A REASON.

The system is so mess up they don't return calls they are lazy they help who they want and they never write you back if you email them and then you never get to talk to the actual public defender they always have to talk to the assistant just sad
