Stephan was amazing. My whole business was in my old computer. It was 10 years old and very slow. It is a stressful and daunting process for me to get a new computer. Stephen purchased the equipment and installed everything for me. He is so patient, smart and personable. I highly recommend Landau Consulting!!

Landau Consulting provides excellent IT support for my medical billing business. Steph is always available, which is most important for me. I appreciated that he was willing to do updates in the evenings when the office was closed to prevent lost time by my employees. For many years, Steph provided top notch IT support to our department. We often tried to set-up and resolve our own IT and computer related issues, but there came a point where we required a professional and Steph was that person. His company fully understood our needs so they not only addressed our problems, they also made excellent recommendations for future needs, which we ended up implementing. And although we only used him on a part-time, as needed, basis, he was extremely responsive whenever we contacted him. Through a series of events including retirements and relocations, we lost some key IT personnel. At the same time we recognized that our hardware and software infrastructure was out of date and highly susceptible to failure. We approached Steph for a proposal and within days we had a system configuration proposal that was efficient, economical and state of the art. Steph arranged for a complete hardware replacement eliminating a redundant server, creating back up capabilities to the cloud and remote monitoring of our systems. Steph personally implemented our new hardware and made certain that all of our applications operated correctly while explaining how some of the applications functioned and filled the knowledge gap until we were up to speed.. Our conversion was flawless and our user community was impressed and quite pleased with the new systems architecture.
We now are in a much better position from a security and data management perspective. Thank you Steph !
