I ordered a vinyl wrap from sofresh_wraps and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work. The vinyl was applied poorly, with numerous wrinkles, which looked unprofessional and sloppy. In addition, after a few months, the vinyl began to absorb dirt and crack, which gave my car an unattractive appearance and undermined my trust in this company. The customer service was poor from both @sofresh_wraps and @inozetek were unwilling to help solve the problem and showed no interest in my problems. I do not recommend these companies for vinyl coating and regret spending my money on their services.” @sofresh_wraps also cut the paint on my car.
@inozetek is the worst vinyl on the market that I do not recommend using.

Was looking to do a chrome delete, powder coat the rims black, and also tint my windows and came to So Fresh Wraps. Stav the owner was a complete gentleman. He went above and beyond what I expected. Did an incredible job. More importantly was so accommodating as far as dropping off vehicle and picking it up. I highly recommend this place for anyway needs.

I am so thankful I have found the Fresh Wraps
The Lead guy is amazing and very knowledgeable. and very helpful, his work is excellent and clean l got the Roof wraps, hood stripes, and trunk stripe all is perfectly done. I highly Recommend. Woooooooh. I am very satisfied.

DO NOT use this company. I would not even give it one star if this app would let me. I made a consultation appointment yeaterday to meet with Sakor at 10am today as I was looking to ceramic tint a large transit van. I drove 45 minutes to the shop-it was not open. When I called him he asked me to come back in an hour because he was not there and he was busy working on other cars in his shop up north. I told him that I could not wait as I had other appointments that day and also had to go back to work. When I asked him why he just didnt call and reschedule with me he argued and stated “if you want a good deal and a lower price than everyone else has quoted you than you can come back later.” I guess this exemplifies the statement “you get what you pay for.” I was beyond upset with his answer and he just could not understand why- no apology just told me I was being impatient which didnt even make sense. My time is valuable to me as I dont seem to have much of it and for someone to egregiously steal that from me is pretty discouraging. Its probably good that this happened as now I can only imagine how they would handle guaranteeing their work. Im fine with not giving my hard earned money to these people.

Been trying to reach this guy for over a month now. I have left 4 messages stopped by the shop 3 times, left my name and number on each visit.

I don't know to are doing that well not to take new business but I became tired of the UNPROFESSIONAL antics of a child. Went to another business and had my wrap and ceramic coat done there ... you lost BIG COIN on that.
