My stay at the lovely home of Dave and Liz was absolutely perfect. In the month I was there while working, it became my home away from home- Cozy, clean, and safe. Tastefully furnished in a nautical theme , it was like a charming little cottage.

Everything I needed from kitchen utensils, barbecue grill, to large screen tvs with cable and wifi was at my disposal for use.

Loved the location to grocery store, pharmacies, tons of eateries and pubs, all minutes from the home. And the beach is a block away.

My hosts were easy to reach and responded right away. Great folks.

Ian is a pleasure to work with as our rental agent! Ian was very helpful in providing information on potential houses that we were looking to buy. He was able to provide his feedback on the houses as we saw them, which was refreshing as some realtors may echo what you want to hear instead of what you may need to hear. We rented a condominium in North Wildwood in June 2023 with Ian Lazarus of Shore Points Realty. Communication with Mr.Lazarus was very quick and friendly. The information was precise and well detailed. When we arrived in Wildwood, Mr. Lazarus was waiting for us at his office with all the information we expected. The condo was clean with all the amenities we requested. At the end of our stay, Mr. Lazarus came to collect the keys.
We enjoyed our stay and the welcome from Mr. Lazarus and will definitely be back next year.
