Two employees sitting at the front desk when we walked in. Neither greeted us. I asked a question and the male employee pointed to the female employee, neither never speaking until she had to answer our questions about a sign. Their price quote seemed reasonable but friendliness is sorely lacking. In this era of worldwide competition local businesses need to at least make potential customers feel their business is appreciated.
