Has great color ads. Good quality paper and bound in a great book. I always look for certain coupons in this book. I do wish more businesses would advertise as it does get boring seeing so many dentists and heating and air guys. More restaurant and activity discounts would be great.

[Edit] The company's response includes several objectively false assertions: I am not a new employee (they never bothered to ask), four days passed between my first and second calls to them, and our directory page is not indexed by Google so it has zero SEO value. In summary, they charged a hefty monthly fee for a product that does not work as promised, never returned my calls to discuss the issue, became defensive when I did reach them, and are now doubling down by using their resources to push back on feedback rather than listening to it. Being short-staffed is no excuse for being dismissive, vindictive, and making false assumptions about your paying customers.

I called in twice with some questions about our account. I was told both times that I would get a call back, which did not happen. I called in a third time and finally got in touch with the right contact.

During that conversation I felt that my concerns and questions were not being treated fairly, and was basically told that we don't spend enough money with them to request access to any metrics that could help justify our monthly subscription.

I was also informed that this is the smaller, non-profit side of the marketing agency (360 Marketing & Advertising at the same address), which apparently means they can afford to ignore and alienate those paying customers instead of sharing a few numbers to prove the value of the service.

I have canceled our account and would seriously hesitate in considering their parent company for any professional marketing services.
