The mandate was: “Randi, please sell my Park City house, but please note I will be sailing on the Mediterranean sea, and won’t help at all”. And I did not have to help. Randi impressed me with how she implemented the sale of my house as a battle plan. From the initial pricing survey, to the marketing, videos and then the patience to wait for the right buyer, knowing that the house was fairly priced, all steps were perfectly executed. When the inspection showed several repairs were needed, she handled all these with maestria.
