Unethical use of PRIVATE contact information. When I called to ask how they got a hold of my personal email that has been kept completely separate from my work emails, I was promised a response "within 10 minutes" with the contact information of their 3rd party company in charge of email harassment. Hours later, no email. They are in violation of FTC privacy laws and don't even care!!!!!!!!
