Phil and Holly are awesome managers and are amazing at what they do. What you put in is what you get out. I personally really like that there's really no cap to earning potential, and that managers support and mentor their reps. If you wanna earn what you're worth, check these guys out

What you'll be doing if you work here:
-Being a salesman.
-Bugging your friends and family by setting up presentation appointments to show off really nice Cutco knives, and then getting them to buy them (major obligation because they want to help you out).
-Bugging all your friends and family for referrals, and finding your own clientele.
-Staff are stiff and deadpan. Not really a good feeling in that place.
-Trying to sell knives to people you know can't afford the outrageous prices.

If they tell you that there is an in-office job, it's a lie. You will be out and about driving to people's houses.
If this is what you're into, then there is some growth opportunity for you and you could be very successful. Honestly though, only certain personality types will thrive in this line of work.
If you feel uncomfortable or like they aren't telling you the truth about the work (like for me) then don't hesitate to walk out.
So this can be a good job, but only for certain kinds of people. There is a chance you could be very successful. You never know. If you are a good citizen, they won't hesitate to get you on board. The pay can be good, depending on how much of your life you dedicate to it. You may have more fun taking a Pest Control job out in Virginia for the summer.
Anyway, I didn't have the greatest experience, but you might. Good luck to ya.

Vector sells Cutco cutlery. I've used many different brands of knives in my kitchen and these are by far the very best. I purchased my first set over 20 years ago and they are as sharp as ever. I've supplemented the original set several times and each time I was as pleased as the first, so much so that I've given Cutco many times as wedding and housewarming gifts. Vector gives young people who are highly motivated and willing to learn an outstanding opportunity to learn basic salesmanship, self-confidence, poise in public speaking and fundamental business skills.
