Extremely difficult group to work with. Wait times in excess of 20 minutes. Can't have anyone out to read a meter by close so my realtor is trying to figure out what meters to read, no instructions were given as to what it looks like, etc.

People move, this process should not be that hard, figure it out.

Every other utility for the house was simple to turn off.

They have left a water main break in my neighborhood for three days now and said it won’t be fixed for another three days. They “checked” my water pressure and said it was fine when clearly it’s not because I tested with my own water gauge and am reading 20 PSI or lower. They’re liars and couldn’t care less about their customers.

Absolutely terrible. Who in their right mind thinks it is a smart idea to have the bills be issues on the same days that the auto pay is scheduled causing bills to appear as if they're double what they really are?

We had a water leak in front of our house thirteen months ago. Within days of them repairing the leak on the city side, our service line from the basement to the street was leaking and we were responsible for the repair (which was no doubt a result of their attempt to fix the leak in the street).
Now, here we are just over a year later and we noticed a leak in front of our house again. Called to report it and the service representative seemed very unconcerned (“There’s leaks all over the city.”). Eight days later, we have a small river flowing down the middle of the street in front of several houses. People keep stopping us and talking about the possibility of a sinkhole. Given how much water is visible in the street, I can’t imagine what’s been accumulating under the road throughout the last week.

Worst cudtomer service ever. They won't warn you if your autopay card is expiring. The shutoff warning comes on postcard in the MAIL. They won't call you before shutoff even if you've paId your bill on time for a decade. If you pay your bill after shutoff, they dont know unti you call them and tell them. They dont work weekends. So much nonsense in 2024.

Says they don't give courtesy calls to the customers so if your need service they expect you to be standing outside in cold weather to let them in. apparently knocking or ringing the doorbell is optional too. I wonder how many old or disabled people lose service Because of these lazy, worthless people, plus the service notice card they put on your door was just laying on the ground almost didn't see it. Your service and technicians and company policies are a joke!

The website is formatted for PC’s so it’s incredibly annoying to navigate with an iPhone. Hire an intern that’s still in college to idk fix your website? For some odd reason I can’t login to my account again the errors I’m receiving looks to be a compatibility issue with iPhone. Also I’m not sure why but I never receive and actual bill in the mail, only a disconnect notice? So I’m paying my bills every few months. I’m not sure if anyone else has this problem, maybe a clerical error?

Bill was paid, money taken from my account, and yet my water was shut off not once, but twice, and they have had me on hold for almost an hour. Worst service you can ever find.
