Apparently, the city of Columbus left a note on our neighborhood basketball hoops which have been there over 10 years and they took pictures of the note Apparently, the officer said the Columbus police officer as they stole all our neighborhood basketball hoops I was never notified. Nobody knocked on my door and asked me to move it. Nobody took any consideration to the young kids that we have handfuls of in our neighborhood. That’s why there are so many hoops thanks Columbus for making our kids do crime instead of play basketball jokes on you.

I live in sawmill apartments and every Monday morning at 7:15 they empty dumpsters in another apartment complex. It is sooo loud it has to wake hundreds of people. Aren’t there businesses that are closed that they can do first?!! Be considerate please!! Reroute your stops.

Idk why this place would even allow reviews.. obviously anyone who has ever gotten a ticket is going to give one star. Never had anything on my record and I'm years over 30 and I couldn't get off with a warning even after I sent a sweet short paragraph asking for a warning this one single time Ok.
So I'll pay 50 bucks because MY car that is INOPERABLE didn't have the registration updated EVEN THOUGH I literally paid for it and displayed it the VERY NEXT DAY!

Columbus use to be a city where people could support local businesses and just pay taxes without having to pay an arm and a leg for street parking. These new meters downtown and in Franklinton are disgusting money grabs. It's hard to support these areas and communities when you have to pay a premium for a parking pay wall. To make matters worse, if you do pay for parking, expect to only get a couple hours before you have to continue paying since the department of "public service" can't let you have a nice night out with your friends. Nope. You need that constant nagging in the back of your head wondering if your meter is running out.

We pay so much in taxes. Why should we have to pay more fees in parking meters? How are you serving the public with these? All you are doing is making "upcoming" neighborhoods exclusive to only the rich or wealthy in Columbus and making it impossible for the poor people who live(d) there to be able to afford it. How is that serving the public?

WORST system ever. Parked in the short north, instead of receiving a citation, my car was impounded. I drove family from PA to visit since I just moved and was supposed to drive them home Sunday. I now don’t have a vehicle and cannot get my car until Monday at 10AM. This is the worst system ever and you cannot reach anyone. The police department spent 3 hours attempting to help me and also could not. How can the police department not even have the ability to help?

Columbus parking is more enthusiastic about giving people parking violations than it is to providing sensible customer service to answer people’s questions. My taxes go to funding public services and this is not the type of service or representation I want. Where are our taxes going if someone can’t pick up the phone?!

I was told to send some papers in due to the garbage truck hitting my car and I have done so and now their requesting more papers and you can’t even speak to anyone in regards to where I should send them to. The City of Columbus has the worse Customer service been sitting online writing this and it’s been 20 mins just so she can tell me she can’t help me.

I don't know if this is the proper dept. But I couldn't believe the Bus Station in Columbus.
Port-a-johns that stunk to high heaven. Filthy inside and out.
Had to sit in this s*#thole bus station for two hours!!
