AVOID at ALL costs.

-Phone rarely answered
-Voicemails never returned.
-Emails > Week to reply.
-Design work is shoddy and not to spec.
-Use a lot of plugins to make sure the site has bugs.

3 years ago Dave did our website for me. I was thrilled. The quality, service, and price were exceptional.

Since then, the company has gone down the tubes, while still trading on the reputation of the firm they used to be.

I paid them for a 1 page site modification, the price was decent.-Never happened.
I laid everything out on a mockup, sent them all the files they need and it took them 12 weeks to create a mockup.

Their rough draft did not follow any of my instructions or load any of the media I gave them. When they asked what was wrong I told them that I have waited 3 months when they said it should take a week, and that the product they created was useless and glitchy.

I could have worked with them if they had been responsive. Or picked up the phone so I could talk to someone. Or when I got through to a supervisor and he said he would reply in 24 hours, that he would actually respond.

I told them they are fired and can keep their work. I requested a full refund and transfer instructions so I can get control of my site back.

A week later I am still waiting. I will be filing a claim with the credit card company next.

Charged me incorrectly for hosting $2000+ on my credit card. They had my stored credit card and was charging it $60/day instead of $60/month. Had to write a review on google for them to refund the money or get any type of response from them. I asked to stop hosting and my website was shut down. Read the reviews and make your decision wisely. Be careful about storing credit card information with them as well.

I have worked with Design Guys on several projects. Their team is extremely helpful and patient with my many questions and the end result is always better than expected. Brandon, David and Laura have been my main points of contact and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to come up with creative solutions when I come up with an out of the box idea. I especially appreciate the after hours and weekend service that I have received on more than one occasion. I would highly recommend them for logo creation and website design work!

This company is a joke. At first, we were excited by the reviews we read of their services. I'm not sure how they managed to get any of those reviews offering the service that we were offered. They built my business a very standard website and charged a premium for it. They also charged us for the entire cost of the site prior to us seeing anything to review. The rough draft of the site came weeks after it was supposed to. Then we were ghosted when it came time to make changes. We ended up launching our site much later than anticipated at great cost to our company. The owner of Your Design Guys had to get involved making changes to our site so that we did not call it quits with them. Since then they've not responded to any of our requests to make additional changes to the site. We keep getting referred to Dave, and if you can't get ahold of him right away, don't expect a call back. Also, it's very rare that this company follows up on any correspondence. We have been trying to cancel our adwords account with them for over a month and cannot get a response. Avoid this company at all costs.

Their team of website people helped us every step of the way and the end result is a clean, interesting, and well designed website that looks great on any size device. From a design standpoint they offered a number of excellent suggestions to help us make a website that was contemporary and also had the look, tone, and feel that we were looking for. They were really patient with the design process and allowed us to go back and forth in a number of areas without being impatient or charging more for their services.
