I have to say I have worked with Kyle for over the past years. He has always come through for me from doing designs for my shirts and hats, because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He’s always gone above and beyond for me.
So I just had a reunion in Florida and a few shirts were late getting to us and I did a survey and wasn’t trying to be ugly but the attendees were looking for their shirts. With that said everything works out for a reason, I love how Kyle pays attention to every detail from helping me design everything, picking out shirts, hats, koozies! Everyone at the reunion LOVED everything. Thank you Kyle, planning next reunion and will only use you!!!

I have used this company before when they were formally Harbor graphics and Tuffy always did a great job. Tried to use Tuffy and them again for some embroidery work and put an order in for T-shirts and got nothing but the runaround, broken promises and lies for the last three months. Totally wasted my time, now I have to find another designer and printer to do my work. The very least a company can do is be honest about things.

We use them twice a year for our music festival merch and are always happy!! Shirts and printing are of excellent quality and they do whatever they have to get my order in on time, even if I was late getting my design to them. This is about our 5th print company and I don't think we'll need to change again. Finally!

Very unprofessional sales and associates. The sales staff met with me for apparel print work and they didn’t follow up - and they made commitments and promises to give pricing and products that we said we wanted to get printed. The sales staff never followed up and when I had to call back numerous times to follow up- the pricing was different as were the products. After more following up - the sales staff continued to send products we never asked to get printed - and it wasted a lot of time and money. A very unprofessional experience overall.

They have done hundreds of uniforms and hats for our baseball league. Not only do they have the best prices in town but they are the fastest. They even delivered the product to me so I could hand out to coaches. Todd and Dan respond to emails quickly. Coaches and kids commented on the uinforms and hats and said they LOVED them.

All around experience.... if I could give them 10 stars I would!
