Sean and Aubrey at Dental Marketing have been so helpful with our post card marketing. They are very through and take the time to make sure what we send every month produces results! The dashboard that is offered is a great way to track your calls, and we are even able to use it for some team training. Also, a shout out to the design team, they always create great looking post cards. I would definitely recommend this company to a colleague or friend!

Don't give them your card and bank info. They will charge you without your approval. Used them for sending flyers, they designed the flyers once and never made any effort to change them. I signed up for 3 mailing cycle, with out my permission they ran 4th mailing cycle and just charged me. When asked them to cancel they very conveniently said it's too late.

Just want to correct you on few items we did not have 59 new patients. Also our engagement was for 3 mailings, Im not sure if you read our contract our purposefully chose to ignore what was written.

Their customer service, professional postcard design, & ability to help us reach a huge number of homes in our area to gain new patients has been beyond valuable! They always help us fill our schedule with new patients when we add providers or have a period of time with more availability. Update. Nothing has changed still bad company.
Still nothing has changed from my original review. Future dental offices and dentist please beware of this company! I am only writing this review to hopefully help you avoid a mistake. I hired dental marketing.net to send out post cards for our new dental office and have not had anything but problems with them. When I first called and talked with Michael he was the classic oversell and over promise. I quickly came to find out that everything that I experienced was "not normal results" or should I say the lack of results according to them. Once I signed on to their services, their "Guarantee" quickly became "if you read the fine print all we have to do is get 10 phone calls and then we don't owe you anything". Yep that's right ANY 10 phone calls in 2 months and their so called guarantee is void. We were approaching our deadline of 2 months and seemed to have alot of "patients" call and never schedule an appointment. But those counted as part of the "10 phone calls" Complete Joke. Also another Joke once you tell them you will not be doing another mailing with them they will shut down your service BEFORE they are legally (according to the contract) allowed to and turn off the phone number that was printed on the 20,000 post cards that had been mailed out. So now if someone kept our post card THEY CAN NOT CALL US BECAUSE THEY TURNED OFF THE NUMBER! If you are asking yourself if you should work with this company all I can say is we had a horrible experience with them. Even talking with the manager and how he treated us. And please, please don't believe their Guarantee because they will find every single way to get out of it.
I still to this day have not received a call from them. Poor service.
