Jesse has certainly gone the extra mile for us. He has stood behind his work and has problem solved for us when there have been issues. He has fulfilled his service warranty when we've needed it and we have a beautiful sign.

They ruined my signage. The file I sent them was accurate, but they messed with the vector file and the sign they installed is not my logo and not what I signed off on. It has been over three months and they have done nothing to fix their mistake.

Ignite Signs designed and installed a large 26' tall pylon sign along Bangerter Highway for us. They also installed a smaller 12'x4' monument sign in the front of the building. Jesse was great to work with and handled everything with the city. I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Jesse Knight and Ignite Signs. Their prices were well below who we've previously used. I would highly recommend Jesse and Ignite Signs.

My window decals peeled within 1 year. I called the owner out to check it out. He had lots of excuses, even though I had another decal (from another company) that had lasted 10 years. The owner promised me he would replace my project in early May...never showed. Then he promised late May and never showed. I now need to go with another company and get new decals all over again.
