Unable to place an ad online due to site down. Unable to place an ad on phone, due to a busy signal with many calls at different times. Will be using other sales papers for my ads I suppose. Sorry this is happening. TT's use to be the best of the best.

I've used the Trade Times for years, but sadly they seem to continue to go downhill. Listings are not under chosen categories and sometimes not complete. I've tried to contact them via email and they never respond, the website is horrible. You can't navigate it, the links don't work. Seems like they could honestly care less whether you're able to do anything with it or not. Customer Service is non-existent if you try to get in touch with them on the site. Not user friendly at all.

Needs a way to verify phone numbers being posted. My a**hole ex listed my phone number for a vehicle for sale without my permission. Heres an idea...call the phone number before you list it to make sure its legit.

Online purchase is a joke along with customer service. I purchased online twice receiving nothing to access trade times nor did I receive an email back from them when I had an issue. Don't waste your money!
