Ordered digitally printed fabric with a design created for our businesses site. Twice they edited the designs we sent (which we asked them NOT to do as they were our own personal designs) and we were forced to cancel a massive job because of the multiple printing mistakes and delays. Finally requested a refund and received the return shipping label. Scheduled pickup was last Monday, April 18. It is now April 27 and or return still sits on the front step waiting to be picked up. Called twice today and was promised a call back, which we did not recieve. Very unprofessional, no communication whatsoever, would not reccomend for anything important.
