THE MOST helpful and INFORMED people ever!!!! I cannot imagine what we would have done without them. I give their number to everyone I meet with aging parents! I do not understand why doctors and hospitals are not giving this number out to assist families... May God continue to BLESS these fine people!

I don't see how they got nearly 5 stars, if I could, I'd give them a 0 out of 5! My mom called them the other day to get help with her electric bill. The woman called back a few days later and told my mom that it was too soon to get help from them! But their policy is help every 2 years . It has been 2 years since my mom has received help from them and they told her to wait until 2021?! Not only that, she literally insulted my mom by asking her did she receive a stimulus check, which for some reason, my mom didn't. Then the woman tried to put me in it, which I do all that I can for my mom, the woman made it sound like I was not being helpful to my mom and she doesn't know us from a can of paint! Then she directed my mom to other services. Was not professional at all and changes their policies behind your back, I'm amazed that the place is still being funded since they seem to help who they want!

I called for help, and they did. I couldn't believe at first but they helped when no one else did. Other places were like gee whiz that's too bad. I glad I called these folks. No run around and treated like a human. Thank you...
