Peru public library where the staff get mad where you park and then punish everyone by turning off the wifi at night. Terrible librarian, mangers.

This place is GREAT. From the open, airy setup of the materials to the staff, there's not a bad thing about it. The staff was just plain wonderful. They even have an elevator to accommodate people like me who can't handle stairs. Great place for kids, tweens/teens, & adults.

I cannot say enough good things about the library. The staff goes to amazing lengths to see that EVERYONE is helped/taken care of. They always have fun & interesting programs/events that everyone can get plugged in to, young & old. Very community-minded. We ♥️ the library!

Lovely little library with caring, helpful staff but the requirement for an Indiana driver's license needs to be updated to include out of state license after providing documentation of living in the county.

The genealogy section is rather sparse when I visited 16 Oct. 2014. This is due to the fact that about 80% of materials have been boxed up to make way for a children's section. There were still index books for the various newspapers, that have identifying details with names, names of paper, year, etc. in the microfilm drawer. Mike, the main librarian was courteous and helpful. He told me to return in a couple of years. It must be to visit a new genealogy section.
