We have used the Mark-It for several projects for our business. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. Our most recent project was a total flop. Screen print was placed in an odd place, not where the mark up showed. They look hideous! All they could say was they didn't know what happened. Still paid for them. Embarrassed to use them because they look so bad. Not good customer service.

The Mark-It is my go-to print shop in downtown Harrisonburg. Service is always friendly and efficient. Such a creative, fun shop that gets the job done at very high quality.
