I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Tim Bradshaw at Insercorp! Tim has always proven to be very responsive, professional and the customer service is impeccable. My most recent dealings with Tim involved a situation where I had made an error that could have been devastating to my business - I was so upset I was in tears! But never fail, Tim to the rescue. He calmed me down and reassured me he'd make it right - and boy did he! He spent nearly the entire day working on it and went above and beyond - after all was said and done, what he fixed for me was by far superior to what it had been originally. After several years as one of his clients, I'm now even more confident and impressed with his expertise and service.

Only 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option! BUYER BEWARE - THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!

In 2013 Jayhawk Exteriors hired Tim Bradshaw w/Insercorp to design/host our website - they did so for 10 yrs.

July 2022 Requested site be redesigned/updated. Call to discuss scheduled for 7/25 - no call/explanation

Aug 15 we rec’d redesign proposal & owners approved
Aug 23 Insercorp to meet at our office. No show/no call
Aug 24 Insercorp to call & discuss site. No call/response to emails/texts/phone calls

Sept 1 Bradshaw emailed he was sick, (found out it was sun poisoning from vacation)
Sept 20 we paid in full ($4050) for deposit required & to receive prepayment discount. Rescheduled call - no show, said “sorry, death in family, will send initial design” - never rec’d
Sept 26 rec’d initial design concept - unacceptable
We provided all site content - discipline write ups/descriptions/ pictures/awards/reviews/affiliations, etc. He only had to put them on the site. We again made numerous calls/texts/emails - no response

Oct 12 Bradshaw - “Sorry, I lost my phone at Busch Gardens & won’t get it back for a few days.”

Oct 2022 - Jan 15, 2023 We again made numerous calls, texts & emails - no response

Jan 2023 Jayhawk went to Bradshaw’s office for answers or refund. He said he didn’t have site done, didn’t know if he could do it & didn’t have our money! We gave him til Feb 18th to deliver a working website or a full refund. Never heard from him again

Mar 2023 We contracted w/new web designer for new website. He said our existing site wasn’t in compliance w/any regulations, hadn’t been for yrs & was basically illegal

Bradshaw refused to provide vital information needed to make our existing domain work for new website & not redirect customers to his site. As a result of his negligence & dishonesty, we had to create an entirely new domain, requiring us to change our web address on all affiliation/advertising sites, replace everything w/old website - all vehicles, signs, business forms, contracts, business cards etc.

This fiasco has cost us over $2500 plus the $4050 for product not received

I met Tim at the IOW County Fair 11 years ago. From that meeting a professional and personal friendship sprouted. Tim developed the website for Titan, a small business I started with my daughter. Over the years that little sprout has grown to a level that words can do no justice to. Tim has always made himself available when needed. As I am now retiring Tim has offered to work with the new owners and assist them in growing Titan to a new level. Tim and I will always keep in contact.

I was having the most frustrating time trying to get RingCentral to work for my organization. For the life of me, I could get nothing to work. I spent a lot of time dealing with RingCentral Tech Support and got nowhere. I was one day away from giving up on the platform entirely.

One of their other customers recommended I call Insercorp for their particular expertise with the platform, so I did. They took my long list of business objectives and interface frustrations and walked me through step by step by step to make sure every issue had a full resolution. With their guidance I found all the tools I was looking for in the system, and learned how to use them.

End result, I can now get my business done with RingCentral. Calling Insercorp was a wonderful experience for me.
