I’ve been waiting since July 4th for a manager to call me back to speak about the contract I signed.
Today I was back charged for the payments I haven’t made because I’ve been waiting to speak with a manager. $835.15 I was back charged with out my approval and with out my card on the account anymore. This means they saved my information in their system with out my approval as well.
This company is poorly run.
The employee turn over rate is high. I don’t believe I spoke to the same person more than 2 times.
The marketing they “helped” with did not add more business or contacts. Their review generator is poorly designed.
This is the biggest sham for a small business I would steer clear.

Public Reputation has been great for my business and well worth the investment! I've consulted with other companies, but it seemed that after they got my money I never heard from them again. This is an honest company that is truly out to help business owners increase their presence online.

My account manager Jessica Reyes is awesome. Our monthly calls review what she is doing behind the scenes and lets me know that to expect next. She has gone above and beyond her duties and is always available if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend working with Public Reputation and have seen an increase in business because of all their efforts.

SCAM COMPANY, STAY AWAY! They have no problem taking your money and locking you into a contract but not actually doing work. It takes about 3 days to actually get someone to call me back about anything then when I tried to cancel that took almost 2 weeks to finally talk to a manager that wasn’t lying to me. When I finally cancelled they duplicated my business listing and ruined the whole thing. They also use fake names, I got a call from a Michael Jordan but when I called back asking for him, they had no record of that name as an employee. Save yourself the money and headache and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Public Reputation Is awesome. Public Reputation has been available whenever I needed them AND they have stepped in to make sure I have the right tools to be successful. Even when I felt I did not have the time to invest in my on-line reputation they did. I am very thankful they take the time to patiently and persistently work toward my companies successful public reputation. Do not use this company! They are really good at signing you up and upselling you but when you want to cancel or change services you get someone in India and they will not honor your written cancelation even though our company did not get one call from their service. Once they have your credit card you cannot get rid of them and they will hound you. Run!

I do not like writing poor recommendations but I will say the people working for the company are very nice and I know they don't have control over google policies but when I signed up they did mention they had an in house google specialist that would help with the issues and challenges I was having and still to this day it has not been resolved. Who would buy from a business where the address shows another state than the state where the business is located. Also, I was told my business would be exposed to many platforms than google, and still, no word where that stands. I am disappointed with the results and services provided for the monies they charge monthly. A refund should be issued to those that are not happy with the services they provide.

These guys call my business day in and day out and no one is ever on the phone. I call back daily and get a recording and push the button to be removed from the calling list. Well, I keep getting calls. So today I called and selected the option to speak with someone. The person was rude and off putting. He was very snarky and when I expressed my complaint and asked the name of his business he replied, "Let me guess, you want the name of the business so you can take legal action against us." No I don't want to take legal action, I want to stop getting phone calls. After a few minutes of being insulted by the guy, I finally got him to agree to take my business off the calling list, but when I tried to tell him we have another location, in another state, and that location has a different number, he hung up on me.

04/12 - 2 hours later. Same day as the post above. I just got another call. Spoke to them again. This time the man on the line gave me enough time to give him the phone number for our location in CA. I hope the calls will finally stop. If a company won't listen to you before they have earned your business, do you think they will all of a sudden start after they have your money? I think not. BEWARE!

04/12 - 2 hours from my last update. Guess what? Another call!!! This time I spoke with Adam who let me know that I was removed from the list but put back on the list. I am currently on hold for a manager. This company is not respecting our time or our request to not receive any more phone calls. Adam just came back on the phone to let me know that managers told him to deal with me himself. He stated that the managers time is "very valuable" and they do not have time to speak with me.
