Great Place to work. Especially when you need to grow. The positive energy, the professionalism, and what we learn is a great environment!!! Even if it is not the industry for you, you're guaranteed to take something away that betters you more than you think.

First, I want to start off by saying that all of the employees in the Richmond office are some of the best people I have met. I was welcomed with open arms, made amazing friends, but that is the only positive thing I have to say. The manager is unprofessional, passive aggressive, and wrongfully terminates employees because her business is going under and she does not know how to save it. She treats people like they are disposable, laughs off rude comments made by her, and faults others for her downfall. In the interview, she will preach positivity and make it seem like the best job in the world but in reality, it is a facade. "Re-training" during onboarding was promoted if we were struggling to get sales, but I come to find out that was false. I was notified the night before that I was going to have a "chat" with her (the manager) but was truly just being let go with no second chance only on my second week. I will say you can make good money doing commission work here, but if you do not live up to her expectations in the first two weeks, you will be terminated.
